ABOUT
Julia is a senior executive and transformation leader known for delivering some of the most complex and high-stakes initiatives on Wall Street. Over a 20-year career spanning global financial institutions, she has led industry-first efforts including the largest conversion of managed investment accounts in U.S. banking history and the development of the first tablet application for financial advisors. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, operations, and risk—turning ambitious ideas into end-to-end client experience overhauls in highly regulated, complex environments.
At the core of Julia’s leadership philosophy is a deep belief in building empowered, accountable teams. She is known for leading large, multidisciplinary organizations through change by setting clear expectations, demanding transparency, and creating cultures where people are trusted to execute and encouraged to lead.
Alongside her corporate work, Julia is a passionate advocate for women in leadership and economic power. She is the co-author of Walking on Broken Glass, Navigating the Aftermath of the Glass Ceiling a forthcoming book (September, 2026) that examines how systems of power show up at work—and what women can do, individually and collectively, to navigate them, protect themselves, and lead with impact.
She is sought-after as a speaker at industry events and women conferences and is routinely featured on podcasts.

MY EDGE
Execution is a team sport, not a slide deck
My track record speaks for itself
I see power dynamics most leaders don't
Most transformations fail not because the strategy is wrong, but because the right skills aren’t in the right seats. I focus on execution as a human system—understanding team dynamics, capability gaps, decision rights, and incentives. When people are placed where they can actually succeed, momentum follows. Execution improves when teams are deliberately designed, not hoped into alignment.
I’m different because I’ve led transformations where failure wasn’t an option: multi-year, multi-billion-dollar initiatives inside heavily regulated, risk-intolerant institutions. I know how to deliver change when complexity, legacy systems, regulators, and politics are all in play—because I’ve done it, repeatedly, in real environments with real consequences.
Transformations don’t happen in neutral systems. Power, incentives, and unspoken rules shape outcomes far more than formal org charts. I bring a clear-eyed understanding of how influence actually works and help organizations design change that survives resistance, protects talent, and delivers results without burning people out.
